Return or Exchange Policy for Frozen or Refrigerated Items

Applicable Products:

  • Fresh Meat
  • Fresh Vegetables
  • Frozen Food


Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • Any issues must be reported to the delivery associate or the Kiwanis Food Service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were delivered.


Process:

  • Inspect all frozen or refrigerated items immediately upon delivery.
  • Report any issues (such as spoilage, damage, or incorrect items) within the 24-hour window.
  • Ingorm the delivery associate directly or reach out to the Kiwanis Food Service team for assistance.


Return or Exchange Policy for Non-Perishable Items

Applicable Products:

  • Beverages
  • Canned Food
  • Dry Food
  • Disposables
  • Janitorial Supplies


Conditions for Return or Exchange:

Process:

  • Ensure the non-perishable items are in their original delivery condition, with no marking or writing
  • Contact Kiwanis Food Service team within the 30-day window to initiate return or exchange
