Return or Exchange Policy for Frozen or Refrigerated Items
Applicable Products:
- Dairy
- Fresh Meat
- Fresh Vegetables
- Frozen Food
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- Any issues must be reported to the delivery associate or the Kiwanis Food Service team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were delivered.
Process:
- Inspect all frozen or refrigerated items immediately upon delivery.
- Report any issues (such as spoilage, damage, or incorrect items) within the 24-hour window.
- Ingorm the delivery associate directly or reach out to the Kiwanis Food Service team for assistance.
Return or Exchange Policy for Non-Perishable Items
Applicable Products:
- Beverages
- Canned Food
- Dry Food
- Disposables
- Janitorial Supplies
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
Process:
- Ensure the non-perishable items are in their original delivery condition, with no marking or writing
- Contact Kiwanis Food Service team within the 30-day window to initiate return or exchange
